GoDirect is a hospitality service that designs, builds, and operates direct booking websites for hotels with €0 upfront setup fees and no fixed monthly charges.

Commercial model and billing

GoDirect earns a flat 5% performance fee calculated solely on completed direct stays or cancellation penalties actually collected by the property. No fee is charged on reservations cancelled penalty-free.

Rate simulations and eligibility

The nightly rate comparison on the home page is an illustrative example comparing standard OTA commission (18%) against the GoDirect flat fee (5%), prior to standard payment processing fees (Stripe). Property onboarding is subject to an eligibility assessment.

Ownership and contact

The domain name and guest database remain 100% owned by the hotel at all times. To request an assessment or contact us, use the application form or email candidature@godirect.it. Full corporate and billing details are provided in the service agreement and on invoices.
