This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit this website and use our application or newsletter forms, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data collection and submission

The forms on this site ("Apply with your property" and "Subscribe to the newsletter") do not store personal data on a remote database or perform automated profiling. When you fill in the fields (property name, town, room count, PMS, contact name, mobile/WhatsApp, or email), the site prepares a direct message in your email client or via WhatsApp. We receive only the information you actively choose to send.

2. Purpose and legal basis

Submitted details are used solely to evaluate your property's direct booking potential, reply to your inquiry, or send newsletter updates if requested. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent for newsletter subscriptions.

3. Data retention and ownership

We never sell or rent your contact details to third parties. When a GoDirect website is live for a partner hotel, the hotel remains the sole Data Controller and Merchant of Record, retaining 100% ownership of its guest data.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to candidature@godirect.it or via the application form.
